BoliAI

Agent connection

Connect BoliAI to your AI assistant

Add BoliAI to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, and it can translate into India's languages with the right mood, save phrases to your phrasebook, look up shlokas and check your Boli Coin balance — right inside your chat. You sign in with your BoliAI account when you connect, so it only ever sees your own data.

Your BoliAI connection link

Copy this one link. It is the only thing you ever need to paste.

https://myboli.live/mcp

Three clicks, no technical setup: paste the link sign in to BoliAIApprove. You never need an OAuth client ID, a secret, a callback URL or a registration URL — your assistant works those out from this link on its own. If any assistant asks you for them, leave them blank.

Use exactly this link. Preview or editor links (anything ending in lovableproject.com or lovable.app) sit behind a private gate, so ChatGPT reports “this server does not implement OAuth” and the sign-in never appears.

Connect

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT settings → Apps → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice ChatGPT shows there. If the switch is missing, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3Put BoliAI in the name field and paste the connection link above into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. 5Sign in with your BoliAI account when asked, then enable BoliAI from the chat box and ask it something like “say ‘where do you live?’ politely in Marathi”.

Claude

  1. 1Open the prefilled Claude connector dialog — the name and link are filled in for you.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the dialog doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose Add custom connector, name it BoliAI and paste the connection link above.
  4. 4Sign in with your BoliAI account, enable the connector from the chat box, then ask Claude to use BoliAI.

Claude Code

One command in your terminal — nothing to edit by hand.

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http boliai 'https://myboli.live/mcp'
  1. 1Run the command above in a terminal.
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm BoliAI is connected, and sign in from that menu when it asks.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use BoliAI.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open the assistant's connector or MCP server settings.
  2. 2Create a new remote connection.
  3. 3Name it BoliAI and paste the connection link above.
  4. 4Finish the sign-in prompt with your BoliAI account.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use BoliAI.

Sign in and give permission

BoliAI asks you to sign in the first time your assistant uses it. You approve it once, on a BoliAI screen, and the assistant then acts as you — it can read and save your own phrase cards and see your wallet, and nothing belonging to anyone else.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Ask ChatGPT to use BoliAI once. It shows a small Sign in or Connect prompt on the BoliAI card — click it.
  2. 2A BoliAI window opens. Sign in with the same email, Google account or password you use on this site. No BoliAI account yet? Create one on the sign-in page first, then come back.
  3. 3BoliAI then shows an approval screen naming ChatGPT and what it will be allowed to do. Read it, then click Approve. Deny cancels safely and nothing is shared.
  4. 4The window closes and you land back in ChatGPT. Turn BoliAI on from the + / tools menu in the chat box if it isn't already enabled.
  5. 5Check it worked: ask “use BoliAI to show my Boli Coin balance”. A real balance means permission is granted. If it says it isn't signed in, click the sign-in prompt again — the first attempt may have been closed too early.
  6. 6ChatGPT will ask you to confirm the first time each BoliAI action runs. Tick Always allow for actions you use often, like translating.

Verify your ChatGPT connection

This checks BoliAI's side of the connection — the link, the sign-in screen and the abilities ChatGPT will see.

Claude

  1. 1After adding the connector, open Claude's Connectors page and click Connect next to BoliAI (Claude also offers this the first time it tries to use BoliAI).
  2. 2Sign in with your BoliAI account in the window that opens.
  3. 3On the BoliAI approval screen, check that it names Claude, then click Approve.
  4. 4Back in Claude, BoliAI should show as Connected. Enable it for the chat from the tools / attachments menu in the message box.
  5. 5Ask Claude to translate something with BoliAI. Claude asks permission per action — choose Allow once to try it, or Allow always for this chat when you're happy.
  6. 6To review or remove access later, open the Connectors page and disconnect BoliAI — you can reconnect any time.

Verify your Claude connection

This checks BoliAI's side of the connection — the link, the sign-in screen and the abilities Claude will see.

Claude Code

  1. 1In your Claude Code session, run /mcp and select boliai.
  2. 2Choose Authenticate. Claude Code opens your browser (if it doesn't, copy the link it prints and open it yourself).
  3. 3Sign in with your BoliAI account, then click Approve.
  4. 4Return to the terminal. Run /mcp again — BoliAI should read connected and list its tools.
  5. 5Ask Claude Code to use BoliAI. It asks before each action the first time; approve, or pick the always-allow option for tools you trust.
  6. 6To sign out, select BoliAI in /mcp and clear the authentication, or run claude mcp remove boliai.

Verify your Claude Code connection

This checks BoliAI's side of the connection — the link, the sign-in screen and the abilities Claude Code will see.

If sign-in doesn't finish

  1. 1Nothing happened when you clicked sign in — allow pop-ups for the assistant's site and try again.
  2. 2You landed on the BoliAI homepage instead of the approval screen — start the connect step again from the assistant so it sends you back with a fresh request.
  3. 3“This request has expired” — approval links are short-lived; ask the assistant to connect again.
  4. 4It keeps saying you're not signed in — sign in on myboli.live in the same browser first, then retry the connection.

Refresh after BoliAI updates

Assistants remember what BoliAI could do on the day you connected. When we add something new, refresh the connection so it shows up.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select BoliAI.

  2. 2Refresh or update the connector.
